A three-system HR management platform for the Mahugani HR Department, a security guard agency. It is composed of the Employee Management Subsystem, the Training Credentialing Subsystem, and the Asset Monitoring Subsystem.

The Employee Management Subsystem holds each guard’s records through a guided, multi-step form covering employment details, guard license and expiry dates, government IDs, personal and emergency contacts, and branch assignment.

The Training Credentialing Subsystem tracks training programs, bonds and evaluations, along with the certificates and permits guards need to stay compliant, and flags those expiring soon.

The Asset Monitoring Subsystem keeps tabs on the agency’s fleet of armored vehicles, private cars and motorcycles, together with their insurance policies and claims.

An admin dashboard brings the three together, with summary cards, charts and filters by branch and year, so HR can see operations at a glance.
